This four bedroom, three bathroom unit is one of only four in the complex and has a perfect north-east aspect.

The complex has been fully landscaped including a huge turfed area for the kids. Large pool boasting glass pool fencing and quality timber decking to relax around. This property would be perfect for a large family or even two families combined with a large bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and deck downstairs whilst the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located upstairs.

Property features all the modern conveniences includingWi-Fi, a modern kitchen and a BBQ(Baby Weber Q). The roof deck, accessible via a spiral staircase linked to the second storey deck is like your own skytower and the view from this vantage point is unrivalled.

Sleeps ten in one x queen size bed and one set of bunks downstairs, plus two x queen size beds and two x single beds upstairs.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

 

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

 

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
