Freshly renovated and situated in a quiet elevated location, this three bedroom unit is part of a duplex with separate back yards (swimming pool is exclusively for the use of this unit). The entertaining areas of this unit are north facing to capture to best views and the north easterly breezes. It is just 15 minutes walk to a patrolled surf beach. The unit is set in landscaped gardens with manicured lawns, and is a 5 minute walk to nearby shops.

 

Prepare to feel very relaxed and at peace at the beach side place. There are two bedrooms downstairs, alongside a living room, bathroom/toilet and laundry. Upstairs boasts a large kitchen, living area, dining area, main bedroom and another bathroom with separate toilet.

The unit has all the facilities necessary to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible including:

Please note that there is no undercover car accommodation. Guests can park on the driveway, or at the rear of the block behind the fence. Please do not park on the grass.

 

Sleeps 9. There is a king size bed upstairs, queen size bed downstairs, a double/single combo bunk, a single bed, and a single trundle bed downstairs.

 

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

 

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

 

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
