Unit 2/29 Rumbalara Avenue has been recently renovated and features air conditioning, ceiling fans, modern kitchen and a single garage.

The unit is set out over two levels with a laundry, bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds). Upstairs has a huge main bedroom with a queen and single bed alongside the ensuite. The dining, kitchen and living areas are also located upstairs and lead out on to the north facing balcony. There is also a study nook area with a desk and chair, for those of you who cant entirely escape work whilst on holidays.

The most amazing thing about the property is the fully enclosed cat area with access via one of the downstairs bedrooms. The fully fenced back yard is also perfect for dogs. This is a very unique property and is one of the only completely cat friendly holiday houses in Rainbow Beach.

Situated in an elevated location within 15 minutes walk of the beach and shops.

Sleeps seven in two x queen size beds and three x single beds.

 

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

 

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

 

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

 

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional $50 per pet levy payable.
