Beautifully presented home, perfectly positioned to give you easy access to the beach. The whole property has a relaxed, beachside style and is a great base for two families to explore the local area.

Wheelchair friendly once you get inside with wide hallways and no shower door on the ensuite etc. Other features include:

Walk to the beach via a bush track, crossing no roads to get there! Rainbow Beach is a wonderful, family beach getaway with surfing, fishing, beach driving, all on your doorstep. Head north to Inskip Point (great fishing) or south to Double Island Point via the beach (fantastic surfing).

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival ..... just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.

Sleeps ten in one x king size bed, two x double beds, set of single bunks and two x single beds.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 Naiad Court is located in a quiet and relaxing residential area. This house is restricted to a maximum of 8 adults with a strictly no parties or functions policy.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
